Our Self-harm Safe Kits are a resource for anyone wanting to understand, and begin to find ways to manage, their self-harming behaviour.
We are funded to support organisations in Cumbria, so if you would like to order Kits for use in your school, primary care practice or other organisation and are in Cumbria, please contact us info@every-life-matters.org.uk
Self-harm Safe Kit: National kits
We have created a national version of our self-harm safe kits for sale outside Cumbria. These kits are available to order by emailing info@every-life-matters.org.uk.
Each kit contains:
- Self-harm: what you need to know booklet
- Self-harm: a guide for parents and carers booklet
- ‘I have self-harmed’ assistance card
- Wallet cards with apps and phone numbers
- Distraction ideas: elastic bands, felt hearts and a calm strip
The kits are available to purchase at £5 each with a minimum order of 10, +p&p.
For orders of 100+, it’s £4.50/kit +p&p.
We include an instructional video, explaining the purpose of the kits and how to use them with someone you know.
We are also able to offer a local signposting insert with information about local support in your area, please contact us for details and prices.
We run in-house training on self-harm, safety planning and suicide prevention, please contact us for details of how to book.
