Cancellation and Refund Policy. Bookings will close 2 weeks before the event (09/04/2026). We are able to refund cancellations up to 1 month before the event (23/03/2026). After this, transferring of the booking is only permitted and we are unable to refund any cancellations. If you need to cancel your place or transfer the booking, please email info@every-life-matters.org.uk. Transferring of bookings made less than a week before the event risk dietary requirements not being met but we will do what we can to facilitate everyone. “No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
