Consent

I give permission to Every Life Matters to use any photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture of my image, voice, or contribution as part of the Cumbria United project.

I understand that these materials may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

Social media posts
Website content
Promotional and awareness campaigns
Training and educational materials
Printed publications, reports, or marketing materials
Press and media coverage

I understand that these materials may be shared publicly and may be used by partner organisations supporting the work of Every Life Matters.

I confirm that:
I give this permission voluntarily and without payment or compensation.

I understand that once materials are published online or in print, they may be shared by others.

I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Every Life Matters at info@every-life-matters.org.uk, although it may not be possible to remove materials that have already been published or distributed.

Safeguarding and Respect

Every Life Matters is committed to using images, recordings, and stories respectfully and sensitively, particularly where topics relate to mental health and suicide prevention.

I understand that my consent may be withdrawn after written confirmation sent to info@every-life-matters.org.uk
