The monday of the week you are reporting on
How many days did you work this week? To the nearest half day eg 5, 3.5 etc
Only sessions actually delivered, and please exclude any “counselling” client sessions – add these below
Where a session was booked but the client didnt show, or cancelled late

Substantive telephone support sessions. Only sessions actually delivered. This could also include “first contact” telephone calls that had a duration over 15 minutes.

Including brief first contact calls, check ins, info giving etc. Very rough number only, dont go digging through records!
Number of face to face or online counselling sessions delivered – do not include these clients in counts above.
Peer support groups, CYP support groups, location/employer specific group support sessions kitchen table talks etc
Any training session, such as understanding suicide bereavement, briefing sessions, sp training, no matter how large the audience.
For example, attendance at a conference, external training, ELM event, team day etc
